Welcome! My name is Dennis Vines. I am the owner of The Scuba Shoppe & Neptune's Locker of Ft Smith, Arkansas. I am a Master Instructor and an Instructor Trainer with IDEA (International Dive Educators Association), one of the oldest Certification Agencies worldwide. I am also a Level III Public Safety Dive Team instructor with PSDA (Public Service Diver Association). I am also a Coast guard Master Mariner (Captain) with a passion for Sailbopats and Catamarans in particular. I have been diving since 1968. That's enough about me. What can I do for you?
